need help with cat back please????
heads and cam six speed 97.just put LGM headers with cats on their X pipe and need a deep sounding back end.will the borla work and where do you find the deals on this system???? thks. corsa have the nicest tips but the sound is what counts.

borla quad tips look very nice,just wondering with those small mufflers if the stinger systems are real loud.not in an area where i can test hear systems.loud is not for me,but deep throaty stuff always sounds nice.do cats help tone down the stingers????? thks.

The Borla's are a great exhaust, but it all depends on what you want. I have the B&B Bullets and they are really deep and mean sounding, a great exhaust. The GHLs are nice too. I would recommend any of these 3.

2001 A4 2.73 gears (stock exhaust) - zero resonance, beautiful idle, lovely growl at cruise and scare-the-pants-off-the-Ricer at WOT!!
Your mileage may vary, however. Others have complained of resonance at 1500-1800 RPM.

If you truly want a deep tone, GHL Bullets or Magnum Plus. Borla sounds good, but compared to my Bullets they are not deep. The Borla is more exotic sounding, where my Bullets are more of the deep muscle car sound. Either would be a good choice though!!
And here's the bottom line. We all have different ears. So basically, by the time you research online, listen to clips, and hear them on friends Corvettes, the system you chooose for your car will probably be the "best" in your opinion.
