If I'm not mistaken, that's looks like the road to Big Bear. I love Texas, but I'm a native Californian, and there a lot of things that I truly miss. Skiing at Arrowhead is one of them.

Iron Chef, It is not the road to Big Bear. This is the San Gabriel Mountains which is adjacent to the San Bernadino Mountains where Big Bear is located. Mt Wilson is about 60 miles west, as the crow flies of Big Bear. Thanks for the compliments, my gf will appreciate it.

Thanks everyone for your nice compliments. My girlfriend will enjoy them. This is where we went last year on TG day also. Didn't have the Vette though. Much nicer and faster drive with the C5.
