CLB problems
Installed the CLB in my 04 Z and the water temp started going crazy. Pegged out, DIC had 3 xxx's for water temp. so obviously was getting no signal. Took out the CLB and it worked fine. Put it back in temp goes crazy. Take it out , no problems.
Maybe a bad CLB bought from Ecklers?

Not trying to be funny, but are you sure you're plugging the CLB into the proper harness? The only contacts between the CLB and BCM are for +12V power, Ground and Column Lock State. If your water temp is being affected, then the first thing I would look at is the harness and circuit.

Well, when I plugged it in the wheel stopped locking. I plugged it into the same place I did my 2000 C5.
