[Z06] Anyone using 20W50 oil?

I'm curious to know if anyone has used 20W50 oil in their Z06 engine. If so, how are your results? Also, has anyone who is experiencing oil consumption switched to 20W50? If so, did it make a difference in the quantity of consumption?
I was just looking at some of the information for 20W50 racing oil, and it says you should only use it if you regularly experience oil temps of 225+ F. Usually my oil temp is right in that 220-225 range after some spirited driving.

The Owner's Manual says you can use 5W-30 or 10W-30. It also says "Do not use other viscosity oils such as SAE 20W-50".
I happen to use Mobil-1 15W-50 for my other car, an '89 Turbo Supra. I think the heat soak that happens when you turn the engine off benefits from the heavy weight oil and Mobil-1's resistance to charring. But turbo bearing temperatures are really high, higher than a normally aspirated engine should reach.
