I know that this is way too simple to be the correct answer, but it has worked for me...
I've found that if I push the regular footbrake down with some force and at the same time pull up the handbrake as far as possible, it (the parking brake) holds just fine. I wonder if this works for anybody else...
I think I have the opposite problem as some of you,
I have a 2000 C5 and at a stop light or from a standstill,
taking my foot off the gas has no effect, the car does not
roll at all.
My chevy dealer said the brake was adjusted properly
and had no other suggestions.
Any Ideas on what would keep it from rolling forward?
