I like the look much better than contrasting painted calipers that yell, "LOOK at me." Who, other than a Porsche owner (no offense intended--really), wants brake calipers to be the most noticable part of ones car?
My concern is that chrome plating does nothing to help heat dissipation. Flat black is best.

I have had chrome calipers on my HD's for years. There has not been one bit of difference between those and the HD OEM's when it comes to 'bleed' heat off.
Vinny G and I have had numerous discussions on this exact same matter. He has the same feelings as I do in this matter (and keep in mind that Vinny G is also a rider).
