i need a front fascia and a quarter panel touched up but it looks liek your a bit too far away
body shop wants 1800 to fix a spot where either a respray is coming off or the clear coat
then the quarter panel has a spot where the tire threw a rock and cracked the fiber glass
its barely notciable except from a foot away but it bothers me
however it doesnt bother me 1800$
Not a problem, if ya happen to make it to NC, let me know, I'll be more than happy to help you out. One of my best friends drives down from Findlay, OH and always manages to need something painted the week he's down here...
how long does it take to paint a fascia and touch up the quarter panel?
obviously u need pics which ill get cause i just bought a kodak 7590
but what kinda time/ money are we talking?
Ballparkish if you were a customer coming off the street, you'd have at least 1100-1500 bucks in it without looking at it and assuming no bodywork. That includes no blending, etc, etc...
Since I try to help fellow corvette owners out and if you were to come here and help do some of the work, (eg. help take parts off, etc, etc...) in answer to your question, you'd probably have 6-900 dollars in it.
I know this answer is a little ambiguous but without seeing anything, I can only tell you what I would help you out with. Also, time wise, you'd have 3-4 days wrapped up in it.
ok im done hijacking the thread i just found a guy who has rocking seats (dont we all) who paints and he lives near me so i think we can strike up a deal
by the way i still have a pair of fixed rocking seats im offering
that is you mail me your tracks and ill fix them and mail them back you pay shipping both ways

OK, I've got a polished billet washer tank cap cover and polished billet clutch master cylinder cap cover up for grabs. Just tell me you want them, and I'll ship.

Sorry, Sharp, Someone beat you to it via PM. But if they don't care for the look once they receive them, these will be posted back up here. Keep an eye out!
Free stock exhaust with A & A exhaust Mod in S.F. Bay Area
I have a stock exhaust with A&A style Exhaust Bypass off an 03 coupe that I can offer up. I'd prefer it to go to someone local as to prevent the shipping problems. Is there anyone near Martinez (San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento area) that could use these and would be able to pick them up? These don't have more than 2000 miles on them. There are some small scratches on the chrome tips, but not noticeable when on the car.

Sharpvet, if it's still available, I could use it. I bought my '03 used and it didn't even have an owner's manual, let alone anything else.
