Jack Stands.
I need to take all 4 tires off. Could someone tell me or with pictures show me where to put the jack stands to do this safely. thanks ( 04 Vette.)

You can buy a set of 4 jacking pucks like those pictured below from forum vendor Elite Engineering much cheaper than anywhere else. Use them in place of the hockey pucks shown in this lifting tutorial.
