Default Parade Help

I have been asked to ride a little girl in my 98 coupe w/Targa top in a parade. I know they sit on the back of a vert, but do they sit on the space between the targa and the back glass?

It's strong enough. We have several club members with coupes who help with the homecoming parades when we can't get enough verts. The halo band holds high school girls with no problems. Put a soft blanket over the paint. Where you need to be careful is start/stop. You don't want to toss the girl off the car. Also, make sure your insurance covers you or you get a liability waiver of some kind that will hold up in court. Since we do it as a club function, NCCC covers our liability. Hope this helps and have fun. I have a Christmas parade to do on Saturday.

Thanks for your helpful information. i was not sure if the top was strong enough to hold her. And I didn't want to look like a dummy if no one else sat on the top portion. Thanks agin. I know we will make one little girl happy.

With all the slick stuff (Zaino, NXT, Pinnacle, etc. etc.) we all put all over our cars, I can just envision a soft blanket, someone sitting on the blanket, a little throttle or brake.....whoooops!

That's why I would have them sit in the seat. Better to be safe than hurt by falling off.

Another thing to watch out for high heels on the seat cushion. When she climbs up there or gets down, she'll probably use the seat as leverage. I would put a folded blanket on the seat as well
