Intoxicating whine
There is something I noticed on my Z that I didn't have on my 99 FRC...
When I get on it in 3rd gear, say entering the freeway from ramp, I get this wonderful gear whine which is contrasted against the engine growl... All these noises come together and sound as good as anything I have heard regardless of origin or price.
All these wonderful sounds just add to the thrill eveytime I drive the Z.
Who needs DHOC, VTEC and the cost and complexities that come with it... There is nothing like an American V8!
