I don't know about the tough guy part but the lit up emblem is pretty cool

Eckler's has a service that lights up the standard "Corvette" lettering on the front license cover plate in your choice of lighting color.

the same guy that made that was on here a few weeks ago with the lightup rear bumper with the 'fancy script' instead of the corvette script. Its a interesting idea but not something I'd do myself.
