Torn weather stripping fix??

Default Torn weather stripping fix??
What can I use to fix the torn weather stripping? It is torn from taking on and off the top. It is the peice that is connected to the car. Looks like it could be glued or siliconed and recomendations on what product to use???

I used black silicone...it worked but then I just got tired of looking at the mess and got new rubber

Clean with rubbing alcohol, then use cyano-acrylic (crazy glue)
works good...lasts long time!!
