All tops will fit but they might need some adjustment to make them air and water tight. Not a big deal, though. If you have problems there is a DIY thread around here that shows you how to adjust it.

Yes, they are all the same. You may have to make some slight alignment adjustments to the top (latch area) so it fits tight.

I bought one off of a 99 and used it for my 04. I had to adjust one side and it works like a charm
