Tire pressure question during storage???
Hi,
I will store my car for 5 long weeks. What is tire pressure should I put on the tires?

my two cents
I put the max pressure on the side of the tire. Park it on a layer of painters plastic for moisture and then put four old carpet squares under the tires. But I also get it out on nice days and drive so I do not like my high pressure warning going off so around 38 is where I am at I think, maybe 35 or so cold. If I did not drive it I would probably go with 40

I've always kept mine at 30 psi and put some pieces of old carpet under each tire. Not had any problems doing it this way. If you do decide to go with a higher pressure, just be sure to take it back down to normal before driving.
