Yeah, it's a ricer, but the deal is $8000 delivered! Anyone care to help me figure what appears to be to-good-to-be-true, show me what I am missing?

Now, in trying to contact the seller, he has reduced to 8K, and has upgrades to incl the turbo engine, rollbar, 16 in wheels...
There is just something wrong with this, but can't find it.
