Most gas is pretty similar with the exception of additives. I used ARCO (owned by BP) for many years without problems other than a couple gauge drops in my Vette.

I just called the only BG 44K dealer in Phoenix and they want $31.95 a bottle!

I think I will just live with the condition versus spending that type of $$$ several times a year!

I just use the Trip A and when I get to 300 miles I fill up. Screw the sorry gas gauge! I'm not letting the dealer near my car unless I have to.

Same here used it in my C5 and after reprogram no more problems, started the C6 out with Chevron and no problems yet 2500 mile so far

Got the car back last night and the Service Manager swears up and down that the reprogram is all that is needed. He says that the original programming was inadaquate to compensate for normal sulfur coating and no additives are needed. He seems much more knowledgeable than most Techs that I've met but my car is going to get a monthly dose of Techtron anyway.
