I found a screen distributor in my area and bought SS. Enough to do the front brakes side gills and rear vents for $37. Looks great and won't fall out.

I guess that would be Metal Supermarket in Richmond.
I bought perforated stainless steel from Metal Supermarket I bought $80 worth which can make 3 sets of screens.

I bought the side gill screens form this person and the quality was excellent. I think I paid $20 shipped and they were better than the ones that the major vendors sell at places like Carlisle where they would offer a show special price of $49. I was very satisfied and the screen patter seems to match the GM screens on the Z06.
