Was thinking of putting the neoprene seat covers on my torch red convertible. They sell them from West Coast Corvettes for $315.00 with the C5 logo on them. Does anyone have them and if so do you like them? If you have any pictures of them on could you post? I cant afford the all leather seat covers and have them installed. But would like to add some color to my C5 black interior.
Are they hard to install for a good fit.
Thanks,,,,,,,,,
I think I'm going to try this out. Looks pretty bad with that oak interior but mine's black so I think it won't be TOO bad. Getting some wear on my bolster where my side rubs over it getting out. Before it gets too bad and I have to get the seat redone, I thought I'd try this.
I have some towels on the seat bottoms that keep the wear to a minimum. I also try to not just plop down in the seat. The bolsters wil just have to live...but I do NOT inflate them unless at the track.
The towel method has worked for me on two cars, the last a Trans Am GT that look as good as it did new after almost 10 years. Brought BIG BUCKS when I sold it.
That won't work for me. My bolsters aren't inflatable (std. seats) and 98's don't have the stiff padding later models do. It isn't the seat bottom that's getting worn, it's the "point" of the bolster that rubs my side when I get out. Can't do much about that unless I want to sleep in the car.

Not sure who makes them for West Coast Corvettes. The ones I have seen are called Wet Okoles and they are very nice - good quality, great fit and they look good in the car. May want to check out those before you buy.

I used the Okoles for almost 2 years with no complaints. I switched to a mod red/black interior last night from Mid America. Cost less than $1k, comparable or better than stk quality. It took my 13 year old and I 2 hours start to finish and it was the first we've done.

You'll find on there the installation & pics for doing these....actually, you'll see that 'I' did the installation.....so if a girl can do it, I'm sure you can too!
Just put wet okole seat covers on our arctic white 99 coupe. We really like them. Paid $249. Didn't get the logo...that would have been more but not sure how much. They were pretty easy to install.
