Default The radiator is a vacuum

Oh my gosh, I didn't realize how much stuff the Vette would pull up off of the road surface only to have it stick to the radiator. Leaves, spent Marlboros and small woodland animals fell out from behind the bumper when I blew some compressed air on the radiator. So I'm guessing buying a screen for the radiator opening below the bumper isn't a bad idea. Where did you guys buy yours at? Has anyone made their own?

Thanks in advance.

I bought one off of e-bay, originally purchased new from Mid-America. You could very easily make your own as it is nothing more than aluminum mesh, cut to the size of the rectangular opening at the front of your car...

Just realized you are a neighbor. I am in Fayetteville; look me up if you want to see mine as installed...

I believe alot of members had done that mod. I saw a write up for it but I just had not implemented it on my car.

I normally blow the debris out every oil change.

Yes, a lot of trash can get sucked up in there. You can get a screen from Mid-America.
