The 99 i bought a couple months ago didn't come with lug nut keys for the wheels. Does anyone know if i can somehow get a replacment key, or do i have to cut the key lug off. Believe it or not that's what the dealership told me to do, but i figured i'd ask you guys.
it is probably cheaper to go to a tire place and see if they can get it off then get yourself a set of Chrome McGuard's online for aobut $40 including a new locking key.
GM will charge you too much for their replacement stuff and their lugs blow...
I am surprise though the dealer does not have a whole bunch of them on site and matches one up to your car either by Vin# or just by trying each lock out.
I know with my wife's car we went to VW and they found the right one after about 20 tries.

Not trying to over simplify but ...
Have you looked on the left side of the main storage area? If you stand behind the car, look under the carpet. There is a cut out for lug keys in the back along the left of the storage bin. It might be covered by carpet. Good luck either way.
