Default Question...what is FRC?

I have always thought that FRC meant Flying Roof Club....since I have a coupe and a removable roof panel that has gone flying I do know what the flying roof is all about.....now I read a thread where a guy asks, what should I buy a coupe or an FRC? What up wit dat?

As of right now there is not an available FRC in the C6, only the coupe and convertible. The C5 Z06 is an FRC, but i'm not sure about the C6 Z06

My flying roof was a blessing in disguise because it caused me to buy the glass roof which to me now is the absolute number one best feature on the car; the girlfriend's first comment was, "Wow look at all the stars, this is awesome"

According to "reliable sources," the C6 Z06 will be a coupe. No more FRC for the Z06.

This was done so that it could acheive a higher top speed. The aerodynamics of the coupe are better than the FRC. Can you say, "Hello 190+ mph??"

Not making this up....it was in one of the magazines this past week. I recall reading it in the "office".
