a little more flake in the paint is the most obvious change, i know one is a little darker than the other, but i dont' remember which one.

I think QS is the lightest shade of all the silvers whereas MSG is the darkest. But that is a guess as I've not seen them all ligned up anywhere. There really isn't a LOT of difference, though.
