This may have been obvious to many of you guys, but it certainly wasn't obvious to me (until recently). I
have always been aware of my "grin-factor" in my Vette and in many cases as it applies to the passengers as well (although some are agrieved by the "heart-attack-factor"), but I was not so aware of the affect (the "grin-factor") on observers outside the car!
I rocketed by a Chevy pick-em-up truck the other day and could not believe the pleased look on the drivers face. Now obviously this applies more to Chevy drivers than say Ford drivers, but I have noticed more and more Chevrolet occupants responding this way when I pass. I believe it has the opposite effect on BMW and Porsche owners
