Paddle Shift
I'm fairly new to the forum so Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all of you and your families.
I just viewed the Ferrari web site to gather some information on paddle shift. Referring to the 360 Modena, Ferrari says you can order the car with the "classic gate shift" or you can order the F1 paddle shift. The paddle shift was developed by Ferrari for use in Formula 1 and is used by all the teams. The F1 paddle shift changes gears in 150 milliseconds.
I'm sure none of this is new information to many of you. My question is why wouldn't you want technology in your car that, if you're performance oriented, will make you a better, faster, and safer driver. I suppose my thinking is--- if it's good enough for Michael Schumacher I guess it's good enough for me. I want it!! Looking forward to your input.
