Default First official thread from a new guy here

Well, I am relatively new to the forum and I have already posted a couple of replies asking questions, inquired about parts for sale, requested some technical information, I even purchased some accessories from here. I gotta say, this place rocks!!!

Just like something as simple as the Corvette wave when you pass a fellow enthusiast to the entire Corvette ownership experience, it’s a great feeling. Same thing applies to this site. Everyone is receptive and eager to help and offer suggestions.

I figured since I have been “browsing” a while it was time I introduced myself. Also, since today was the last decent…….if you can call 38 degrees decent……………day before the heavily forecasted snow arrives I thought I would post a couple of pics that I took before putting my car back up. I recently had B&B bullets and red calipers installed. I also had the car lowered, but doesn’t look quite as low in the rear as it actually is because of the way the car was sitting……………………..and it was really, um I mean REALLY low on fuel.

Thanks for listening, or rather reading my rambling and please feel free to comment on the car. Suggestions, likes, dislikes are always welcome.

Darren

ps. images are pending approval-will put them up soon!

Thanks for the quick replies and warm welcome. Hope to have the pics on soon. May have to wait on the gifts from me for a while. I have a 7 year old daughter and she has a pretty long Christmas list.......................might be a while before my bill fold recovers

Greetings Darren Welcome to the forum,

Owning a Corvette is such an experience. Different than any other vehicle that I've owned. This forum is a fantastic extension of that experience a great place to hang around. There are some wonderful, knowledgeable people on here. Post us some pictures when you get a chance, we love pics
