Several weeks ago I purchased DRM Ducting from Doug Rippie Motorsporst so that I can cool my brakes when I run on the Track.

I also decided to purchase the LG Motorsports Spindle ducts which bolt right on to the inside of the wheel itself, allowing for connecting the 3.5 inch hose from the DRM Ducts right to the wheel. This of course gives one an ultimate brake-cooling method because with LG's spindle ducts, air is being blown right onto the area that needs cooling. Cant get any better than that

Unfortunately, I discovered that the DRM ducts would not install because my intercolers were in the way. So I had to return them and d Randy Rippie credited my account in full.

That also meant that I could not use LG's Spindle ducts since both products work together so I had to return those as well. I spoke with Bobby at LG and normally they would charge a restocking fee but because of the circumstances he gave me a full credit

Meanwhile i am putting someore thought at utilizing the LG Spindle ducts. They are a great idea and are a must item for roadcourses. I just have to come up with a concrete method on where I want to grab some air from. I've looked at a couple of techniques that others have tried but I'm tring to think of an even better way. My next track day day is in 4 weeks and then I rest until May so I will have some time to come up with something.
