Do your headers accept sensors? Are your cats in place? If so, they should pass. Maryland only checks your computer for codes, NOT actual exhaust emissions (for this year car anyway). You can check your DIC for these codes yourself.
You could also pass if you have exhaust gas sensor "foolers" (sold several places), but that would be wrong
Actually Waldorf emissions gave me a bye on most recent trip because they said vettes are too low to go over rollers to get to computer connection. Puzzleing (sp?) to me because I went over rollers before and I could also pull arround building and back into computer station ? I guess they had a problem with a lowered vette.

No codes=emmissions pass. In fact last time I had my wifes car (Lincoln LS), the technician could not find the ODBII port. I watched him look for the thing for 5 minutes. His computer told him exactly where it was, but did not tell him that it was oriented straight up and down. After he couldnt find it he went to the supervisor, the supervisor came over and passed the car without ever hooking it up.
