ehhh... plugs are platinum so supposed to go to 100,000 miles, but I'd change them at 40,000 ish... I changed mine out to NKG TR-55's and will run those for 20,000-30,000 miles.

Oil... huge debate... old school and marketing drives 3000 down your throat. Modern synthetics can go up to 15,000+. GM has your built in oil monitor and they're the ones who warranty the cars. Furthermore, many have done oil analysis on oil that has been in the car 8k to 10k and tracked hard... it always comes up good. In fact, I have yet to read about someone doing on oil analysis and having it come back out of wack.

Personally, I change my oil about every 6000 w/ a filter. The oil can go on and on, but the filters aren't good much past that... they'll get full and the bypass valve will open. On my truck I change the oil every 10k w/ a filter chagne every 5k.

Tranny .... I think that's good for like 50k, but since I track my car I change the tranny/dif fluid every year.

The warmup complete is for the Active Handling system. Everytime you start the car it has to calibrate itself.... normally it does all it's diagnostics undetected, but if you start the car and start driving hard or taking lots of turns the system will go into warmup mode... the "complete" message means it's finished calibrating. This can be rare b/c normally people pull out of their driveway and cruise out of their neighborhood first. In short it's completely normal. FYI if the DIC says AH warming up it IS NOT WORKING! I spun the car last winter farking around expecting AH to catch it... after I spun in the middle of the road w/ my other sports car buddies laughing at me it said "AH WARMUP COMPLETE". Same thing happened to a buddy who I let drive my car at the auto-x last weekend... he punched it in 2nd in a curve and lost it... then after the run the message popped up again.

Enjoy the Z... and since you have an '01 watch the oil level

The manual has it.

If you don't have one register at https://www.mygmlink.com/main/US/en/gm/home and they have it online.
