Rocking Seats
Yesterday I driving down Fron Baytown to Pasdena in Texas when i got to my exit I pressed my brakes and 
my passenger seat moved foward and then back any ideas on what I should do? Or how much it is to fix it?

I thought I remembered reading about a method that does not require splitting the rack to get the ***** out but I can't find it or remember how it goes.
