Help04 Coupe
*vibration Noise In Rear End
*steering Sloppy Over Bumps-lose Control
*brakes Grinding And Roaring When Brake Pedal Applied
*low Pressure Indicators Coming On When Air Pressure Ok (last 2 Months)
*rr Axle Cv Boot Leaking
*clicking Sound In Rr
I Have Had The Following Repaired/replaced:
*left Rear Hub
*damper Removed Twice- Exhaust Adjusted Twice
*left Hub And And Left Axle Assembly Replaced
*alignment And Toe Set
*removed Rear Axle, Tear Down No Problem Found- Put Back Together
*gm Tech Asst Installed Another Damper To Rear End
*cleaned And Resurfaced Rotors- Deglazed Pads Front And Rear
*rr Axle Assemply And Replaced The Inner Cv Boot
*found Brake Line Hitting Axle-adjusted Line And Inspected For Damage-none Found
*brakes Again-found Front Brakes Had Out Of Specs Runout-resurfaced Front Rotors
*checked Suspension And Steering Ok- Yet Sloppy Over Rough Road Even At Low Speeds-losing Control
*brakes Again- Found Rough Finish On Rotors-refinished Rotors
I Still Have The Vibration In The Rear. When I Apply My Brakes The Grinding And Shuttering Is Overwheleming. The Tech Says It Is The Tires. Guess When I Apply The Brakes, They Must Be Attached Directly To The Tires. Yeah Right! Car Has Been Into The Shop More Than Any Automobile I Have Ever Owned. I Had A 1985 Vette And Had No Problems At All.
Is Anyone Experiencing Anything Similar On Their 04? Any Info Or Suggestions Appreciated.
