Default Warning, Lyons Motorsports

A FYI, my wife ordered me a set of their carbon fiber side skirts (on their christmas sale in early Nov) she got an email on Nov 26 saying they would ship in 8 days, guess what, no shippment, no return phone calls, no return emails, no response at all. Don't know whats up with these people. They run a sale, than disappear.
fyi, http://estore.websitepros.com/794288...on+fiber+parts here is what we ordered, maybe they meant christmas sale 2005?
Anyone else have any information on these people?

sorry to hear about your problem and I hope you either can get the product that was ordered or get your money back. One of my simple rules when dealing with any online retailer, unless they list an address for a retail showroom/store on their site I won't do business with them. Mainly I do this for electronics so I'm not dealing with someone who runs their business out of an apartment, but it applies to all online merchants I deal with. Best wishes and good luck on this.

Never heard of them! Those side skirts look great. I hope you get this resolved. Keep us posted.

Hopefully you paid for it by credit card. Call your card company and lodge a dispute. Hope this gets settled for you.

Thanks to all, I have left more than 5 voice messages and between my wife and myself sent over 12 emails, none have been responded to. Guess he just fell off the face of the planet. We started sending emails in Nov asking for a tracking number (which we never got) I notified the CC card co. I posted this to see if anyone else had delt with them and to warn others about their lack of customer service

I was watching the local news last night, and they were talking about what you need to do when you use your credit card and you have an issue with an item. They said you have 60 days from when the item apers on you billing statement to dispute it. You should send the vendor a certified return receipt letter and copy you CC company to the dispute address on you statement. They said you first need to try to resolve it with the vendor on your own before the credit card company gets involved. And to document every thing, and writing is the best way to communicate.
