I went to the local tire shop today to try to decide on some new wheels. I tell the guy what I have and what I am looking for, so what does he show me? The standard OEM replacement rims. I try again to explain what I want (CCW type rims) and asked what he had to choose from and he gives me the deer in the headlights. So I ask him what he does offer and he says I can look through his catalogs. He hands me a binder about 6 telephone directories thick and continues the deer in the headlights routine. Scratch these guys. This is going to take some time, research, questions. Oh well. I guess I need to find someone local with a "little more" expertise.

Give him a break. It's New Year's Eve .. maybe he's had one already ... or 6. At least you found out before you gave them your money. Personally, I try not to compare people like that to animals ... it might offend the animal. Happy New Year!
