Default Stock C5 ride height

I just bought my first Corvette (97 torch red coupe) a couple of months ago and have it "up for the winter" as I live in Michigan.
I did have the PRIVILEGE of driving it for a month before going up on blocks and it seemed like the front end is extreemly low to the ground, as I scrape everything . I am curious if the previous owner had lowered it but I can't contact them. Are there any "stock" dimensions or reference points to tell if the car has been altered or is this car really just that low?
THANKS! and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL, YOU GUYS (AND GALS) ROCK!!

Before lowering my 00 coupe, dimensions from wheel arch to ground were 27-1/2 frt & 28-7/8 rr.

The scrapping that you hear is 99.999% the front airdam. it is nothing to worry about, mine scraps all the time.

The car does sit very low in the front where the plastic air dams are. Mine does the same thing and it is at the stock height.

Leave it at the stock height. It looks so much better this way. Or, you can lower it and be
