Very little. It took me less than 15 minutes, but I already had the wheels off doing the brakes.

This site said you have to remove the front shocks, but that is only if you have the selective ride control. My Z06 shocks were not in the way. The sway bar was not in the way either. http://www.fixedroofcoupe.com/howtod...lower&pages=14
I didn't have to remove anything except the wheels.
Front: With the car on four jack stands, I jacked up the edge of the spring to get it off the lower control arm. I then cranked up the front bolts until the bushing was flush with the bottom of the spring. Do one side at a time.
Rear: I ran the nut up the stud until I only had two threads left showing above the nut.
That's the only instruction link I still have, and they make it sound much harder than it is. Probably because of the selective ride control option on the car they are lowering. I did a search on here, and found a few threads that were very helpful.
