Vortex Ramair Box and Filter
I am thinking of putting in a Vortex Ramair Box an filter has anyone heard anything good or bad about this? Also how about the Preditor Programer? Thanks

I just put the Vararam on at the end of the drag racing season up here in PA so I have yet to do much comparing. The design of the Vararam just made so much sense to me for racing that I just did it.
I did get the car to the track ONCE for 2 passes just after the Vararam install and I turned in the 2 best ET's ever with this car with decreases of 2 & 3 tenths. On the 2 tenths better run I hit the rev limiter at the top of 3rd too. So I think the VR performed well.
The Vararam should perform best from 660 to the top. I'll never really get to compare apples to apples again since I'll be adding headers before the car ever sees the track again in March.

Yea, Glenn is right, the Vortex is a nice SOTP difference over the stock air box. Really opens things up, lets the car breathe....
But, if you're going to drag race your car, nothing beats the Vararam...
