I used sunrise red paint from rustoleum and put about four coats on them.

It wasn't to difficult,you must make sure those calipers are real clean,I took some brake cleaner to them and then hit them with my pressure washer to wash any residue off,I just took my time it doesn't pay to rush the job when you do that it always comes out like S.Now i have to get some new rotors
the old ones look horrible very rusty but still got a lot of life left on them.
