There are at least 2 vendors here, LAPD and Corvette Carage, that offer that price on the Bilstein Sports. I had Corvette garage add them to my GP purchase of the Halteck intake. FedEx tells me they are on the way.!!!!! Yippie! 
I had originally intended to order the shocks from LAPD, [ just to spread the $$ around, no preference issues] but when I called the guys at CG to find out about shipping date on my Haltech, I asked about their price on the Bilsteins....and they were in stock, so I just had everthing ship together.
BTW, from Corvette Garage, the price includes ground shipping. I am not sure if LAPD has the same, but they are pretty competitive.
There may well be other vendors, but I am not personally aware of them, sooooo....If your one of them, Sorry you left off my short list.
