Help, I'm getting ripped off
I've bought some rims and tires from another member who has now disapeared. I'm wondering if anyone else has been in this situation, and what action they took. I have everything well documented, but am not sure what to do with it.

The deal is, I bought the product it was sent to me damaged by fed-ex, I sent It back. The shipper told me he would fix the problem, and almost 2 months since i last talked to him i have nothing. I've sent letters, e-mails, called, and nothing. I'm not going to attack him on the fourm unless he tries to sell something to someone else, but he hasn't visited since our deal. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a deal go this wrong and what they did.
