I live in Nevada and they scan the computer for a smog check and I was wondering if I will be able to pass with my G5-X3 and long tube headers w/o cats. I was told as long as the check engine light is not on, i'll be ok. Is this true? Thanks for the help!

Are you running 02 sims, or were the rear sensors programmed out when you got it tuned? The sims should pass the test...but I'm unsure if the edited-out method will or not.
If you have recently reset any PCM codes, or had the battery disconnected, you need about 50 start/run cycles on the car (with no codes) before all systems will show a "ready" status during the test. If all that's ok...you should pass it.
