Normally they are but that set is missing it's over-axle section of pipe. They are worth much less in that condition. I don't see the missing pipes in the pic. Welding titanium is difficult so restoring them would be a pain if you didn't want to have to run clamps. I'd pass and find an intact set.

I agree with Patches. When they were removed from the car the person must have cut them off. If you want a set of Ti exhaust, I would pay more and get one that has not been cut. They are nice exhausts - less weight, better sound than the stock exhaust that comes on a coupe or vert.
