That's great news. Glad all the mods are doing what they are designed to do. You car looks very nice also.

Maybe you all can dry out a little bit now. Oddly enough, it's been pretty dry up here the last few days.

How about some numbers to show the improvement in performance with all the new toys??

I'll definitely post them when I get them. I'm thinking 325 rwhp and a 12.5 quarter......

I would guess you could make 345+ rwhp with those mods and a good tune. I really like your setup.

Are those stock wheel sizes? Also, how far did you lower the car?

Wheels are stock Z06 size, 17x9.5 in front and 18x10.5 in the rear.

The car was lowered by Andy at A&A. I know he went a little farther than the stock bolts allow, but I'm not exactly sure what was involved in addition to replacing the rear bolts. I do know it wasn't just a matter of turning the bolts in front.....a bit more involved. It is LOW, I can't see getting it much lower.

Nahhh....I'm kinda happy about it so I don't mind talking about it at all!

I dropped it off at A&A along with the Vararam I bought from LAPD but wimped out on the install. Had A&A install the Vararam, install 4.10s, install LT Headers and X-Pipe, lower the car to about the maximum, and add the A&A Framesaver Combo. If you haven't heard of A&A go here....

http://www.aandacorvette.com

Great rep, nice people, quality work, and very fair prices.

As far as performance gains.....I haven't had a dyno or had it on the track yet, so nothing in numbers. But for SOTP.....it's a completely different car. It revs MUCH faster and the power is ALWAYS there. Now it always feels like its in the right gear instead of always needing to downshift. Second gear at WOT is an adventure! And cruising down the freeway in 6th is cool now....you don't have to downshift to accelerate, you can stay in 6th and accelerate just fine. Feels like a completely different car. I wouldn't be surprised if it knocks nearly a full second of my 1/4 mile time.....
