Default New guy here

Hey everyone. I just picked up a 99 silver vert w/ black top/black interior. I was pretty big in the mustang community a few years back and am in the supra community now. The car is stock down to the filter. I am allready looking at getting different wheels. The car has the Chrome wagonwheels(??). Ill be selling those soon. This car is my wifes daily driver. Dont worry, she only drives maybe 2 miles a day. Milage is right at 25K. Only thing I have found wrong with the car so far is the belt sqeakes some. That or an idler. I done a search on it here allready, and have found that it could be either/or.
My other car now is a custom slightly widbody 94 TT supra. I wont bore you with details of the ricer though, LOL.
I cant wait to meet some of you and allready know a few here.
I looked around and didnt see a new member area, so if I put this in the wrong section, sorry and feel free to move.
FWIW, does anyone know what I should ask for the chrome stockers on the car? I looked in the classifieds to compair, but didnt really find any good eveidence on it. They are absolutly flawless with not a dent/rash/ding on them.
Thanks guys, looking forward to talking to you all!

Great color choice and welcome back from the dark side!!

I think you should ask me to take those old wheels off you hands for you - you don't want them just hanging around your garage waiting for someone to buy them!!!

Welcome!

Chrome wagon wheels aren't worth that much - if they are perfect maybe about $600? If you decide to do that - just make sure that you take the tire pressure sensors off before you sell them, to install on the replacement wheels. If you decide to buy new sensors - remember that the sensors are compatible with '97 - '00 only. The newer sensors from '01 - '04 are not compatible with your car.

If you decide to retain them - you might consider having the batteries replaced, here's a link to someone who can do that for you....

FWIW - I really like the way chrome wagons look, especially when they're really polished up!

What's up bro!!!!

I can see you got registered, kudos! Anything you need to know, these guys are on it.

Good luck w/ the new rims..... what are you lookin' for? I'm sure you could get $800 for your rims and tires depending on how much tread is left on them.
