The SSR has a drink holder that is removable on the passenger side. With a little modification I think you could make this work on our cars.

I bought a removable cup holder that slides in place right next to the passengers left leg. It works great, bought it at the corvette museum web page store. Sorry no pics of it installed but again I love it.

Here is the one that dragon84 is referring too that I also bought from the Museum. It's on the left front side of the passenger seat against the center console. Works great, although like anything else for a vette, a little pricey for what you get.

Thats the one Jim. It was 31 bones but I felt it was well worth it. Especially since that one time when my driving cause the loss of control of a beverage in the stock holder. I took a corner too fast and the drink flipped up in the air and inverted itself. The only thing that saved my passenger seat was my girlfriends nice white pants. Oh BTW she was wearing them at the time.... Thats when I decided to buy the cup holder hahah.. boy was she mad.. but not a drop of coke on the leather.

It's called the "Travel Buddy" and is available from Ecklers and several other vendors. I just got one...yes it is a bit pricey, but worth it for a cup holder that actually holds cups!

It fits right on the passenger side of the center console and slips in between the floor of the car and the top edge of the console. Works well, I think...no spills yet!

Default I have one that fold up when not in use

I picked it up on eBay. The seller is "girl-ina-box". I'm pleased with it.

Got it shipped for under $25.00.

Isn't there one that fits in the stock hole and has 2 places for cups? I swear I saw one somewhere. I bet the new Z06 doesn't even have a cup holder. Oh wait, our really does not have a cup holder.

www.motorworks.com has a side mount for passenger and a double caddy fro the stock location. Being I already destroyed the crinkle finish on the console with a diet coke (the General's useless design), I rarely will I have liquids in the car.

Here is one that works!

Holds up to a one quart bottle of booze, wine,40oz beer

More importantly, it holds large and small drinks without spills (the inside area accomodates different sizes.

Made by a Forum member. Price was around $75 (he is discounting).

Default Everything is bigger in "TEXAS"

CNC Aluminum base that mounts to the transmission tunnel inside existing cupholder,Quick Release so that you can store it in the glove box when not in use. Will not impede the passenger seat even with the seat in full forward position. And yes it will hold a wine bottle when you remove the insert. This is not a flimsy piece of plastic crap you can get at any WALMART,PEPBOYS,AUTOZONE.The picture below was taken just before we tested a launch at full throttle through 4 gears and no spillage.Try that with any other cupholder on the market and see what result you get. Available now at - 21STCENTURY MUSCLECARS AND ZO6PARTS.COM

$75.00 plus shipping
