Default Vette Essentials - Customer Service

Just wanted to take a moment and post the experience I had with Ken King this week. I took advantage of his Christmas sale last month and ordered a console lid and armrests from him. Called on Tuesday to check on status and he mentioned to me that he had someone cancel an order and that he had a steering wheel and grab handles in the color scheme of the pcs. being made for me. Since Ken recommends that you have the steering wheel exchanged by the dealer, I told him I wasn't really interested and besides, the car had to go in on Friday for a recall fix on the washers. Ken offered to Next day the wheel to me so that it would be here in time for my scheduled appointment. Needless to say he talked me into the extra pieces and they arrived as promised yesterday. Just got the car back from the dealer (actually had a pleasant experience with them for once, also) and all I can say is wow! The adage you get what you pay for definitely holds true in the case of Vette Essentials. Just beautiful work and impeccable quality. Can't wait to get the console cover next week and get everything installed. Thanks, Ken you are truly a class act!

Also, please don't post the 'THIS THREAD IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICS"! I only have the wheel installed as of today. I'll get pics when everything is in and somebody gives me idiot-proof instructions in how to post them within a thread!

I am ANXIOUSLY awaiting the day that I get to experience the VE quality and customer service experience. It's gonna happen soon, just as soon as I get the rest of my pennies saved up.

I have NEVER read anything less than glowing reviews of VE and Ken King - and now you know why from first hand experience......

I am sooooo jealous!

More kudos for Ken. Less new seat covers...my interior is all VE. The seats...maybe this summer. After I accidently sit in the drivers seat with a screwdriver in my back pocket. "Ah darn honey, look what happened. I'm so clumsy. I guess I'll have to get the new seat covers"
