Hid Lights Kit

For those who have installed conversion kits on their headlight, did you have any trouble in the installation? I ordered a kit and the lights are not coming on, I was wondering if you had to wire a relay or anything. The guy says I can send them back for him to run tests on it and fix anything broken, but I'd like to see first if any of you guys experienced anything similar with your HID kits.

Check for a blown fuse if you have nothing. If not it probably is somewher in the wiring/ground????????

Did they flash on one and then went off completely? You most likely blew a fuse. You need to replace the 10amp minifuse with at least a 15amp one. Also, the ballasts might have reverse polarity, at least my Philips ones did. You may need to reverse the pinout on the 9005/9006 plug that goes into your ballast

good to know, my philips kit was just shipped out today...any other tricks i should know about?
