You need to have it on a web server, then use the link code like:

http://www.yourserver.com/name of vid file

Yes, this place does not seem to have any UBBB, or HTML code enabled. So it would require a link.

Now if HTML could be used, it would be another story!

How big is the video? Lots of places have space to link to.
