My new Z06
Well, the first few days in my new 04 Z06 have been fun to say the least. Took it out last night and actually drove it hard allittle and tried some corners for the 1st time. My can this thing pull some G's in the corners. I took a very hard right hander (circle) getting on the freeway and the car sticks so hard it's scary. I wish my seat would hold me in allittle better that's my only gripe.
The weather was awesome, down in the 40's and dry air. It was breaking the tires loose hard when I romped in 2nd gear. These cars are simply awesome, no more to say!

Take some driving lessons, then you'll find out if you can go as fast as the car! I can't!
Mine is sitting in the garage--with snow on the ground it would get stuck getting out of the drive.

Congrats! I will be in your shoes this weekend. I sold my 99 coupe yesterday and I fly back east on Saturday to pick up my new Vette. A bad a$$ Black 03 Z06 w/ 5,000 miles.I just couldn't stand to be vetteless for too long.

Just be careful on cold tires. The F1's can get real greasy when COLD. I know mine is a daily driver and in any temps below 40 I really watch how hard I push it until the tires are warmed up.
