Car won't start. Need advice...

Car won't start. Need advice...
OK. So I haven't driven the car in about 3 weeks (snow)... AND I got a new battery from GM about 2 months ago.
Last night I go out and start the car and go for a short drive. No problem. It has been warm and moist here of late with all the snow suddenly melting.
This morning I go to start and nothing. Indications are the battery won't get it going. (You know that click click sound?) Got enough power for other electrical things but no ignition.
Jump start car.
Drive 20 min. to work.
Turn off car and then try to restart it. Same problem.
Go home from work after another jump start. The DIC throws the "service column lock" code.
The DIC reports the battery volts as 14.1 to 14.5 volts all the way home.
Get home and try to start it. Nothing again....
Could it be a loose terminal on the battery??
Could it be another issue??
What symptoms would a bad alternator show?
