Questions on Lowering w/Selective Ride Control
Hello all. I wanted to lower my Vert using stock bolts but like to know what will happen to Selective Ride Control. Will lowering the car make SRC worthless? How about lowering and changing the shocks to Bilstein Sport? Will this have any effect on SRC? I would love to hear from people who slammed it with SRC. Thank you in advance.

I've lowered mine with the F45 suspension. I can still feel a difference between settings. But the ride will be stiffer all around. I say go ahead and do it. I will probably switch to Bilstein Sports or 04 ZO6 shocks sometime in the next year (better handling, no more bumpsteer, etc.) but keep in mind that you will loose your Selective Ride Control when you switch the shocks.

I lowered mine ALOT and now I really can't tell ANY difference between the settings......I'm going to Bilstein Sports soon too....

My car with F45 has been lowered down using stock bolts. Does give it a little stiffer ride. If you do decide to lose the F45 shocks you will need to disable it in the computer.

What is F45?? Is F45 = Selective Ride Control? If you can't tell the diffrence between the setting after lowered, man, what a waste of money in option that was. Dang it!! I should have joined this forum before I bought the car so that I don't have to pay for the useless stuff like SRC and get performance gear ratio like I should have. I guess I'm gonna sleep on the lowering for now.
