Most probable, forgot a 2 in front of the 8..
Was looking awhile back at a WRS... was priced a little low, but not crazy. Emails back and forth seemed to confirm was legit, until I asked for a phone number to talk to him about it, then he sent email asking me to send $2000 via Western Union Money order, and he would ship the car to me and I pay balance upon arrival.
Using the internet, but no phone? Subsequent emails were not answered.....DUH...
